Compassion & Eternal Life
The phrase "Good Samaritan" has become ubiquitous in our culture as a designation for good neighbors who help others in need. It comes, of course, from the well-known parable of Jesus. But this story is much more than a simple moral tale of the importance of helping others. In fact, it has to do with inheriting eternal life.
