Lesson 3 - Smyrna: Suffering

What does Christ think about us as a congregation? That is the question we aim to answer in this series of lessons from Revelation 2-3. In Christ's letter to the group in Smyrna we learn that a true church of Jesus Christ shares in suffering for their faith. While Christians must be prepared to live in tension with the world, Christ gives abundant grace to help us "be faithful," even "unto death" (Rev. 2:10).
