Our guide for organization is found within the pages of scripture. We are a group of Christians, seeking to worship God together in our local community (1 Corinthians 1:2). In keeping with the teachings of the new testament, we have elders (1 Timothy 3:1-7) who oversee the work at Dulles and work to promote the spiritual growth of its members. Currently our congregation is served by two elders: Craig Dezern and Tip Underwood.

Our work is also supported by our full-time evangelist (Ephesians 4:11-13), Jerome Sasanecki, who works to help deepen our understanding of God’s word through a variety of teaching formats.

Our deacons (1Timothy 3:8-13) serve the congregation by helping to facilitate the ongoing work at Dulles. We currently have six men working in this capacity: Joe Przeczewski, Laurence Burley, Grant Smith, Josh Ferry, Cory Barnhart, and Jim McPherson.
